Description
Manual harvest in chestnut baskets. Vatted by gravity. 15 months in French oak barrel.
Appearance: deep purple colour with violet rim. Aroma: wild red berries, cherry liqueur, liquorice, white pepper and sweet spices. Taste: lively entry, velvety tannic structure, long finish.
Pairing: grilled red meats, stews, meat rice dishes, risottos, cured meats, legumes, goat cheeses.
