Gerard Maristany presents his organic white wine cellar, focused entirely on the potential of the xarel·los and macabeus of the Penedès to produce wines of great elegance.

He collaborates with three meticulous viticulturists who work unique plots organically, making wine with a minimalist style in “La Xarmada”, in Pacs del Penedès.
