Red, natural, still, fruity and juicy wine from clay-calcareous soil, macerated 15 days and aged 18-24 months in foudres and amphorae. 12.5% alcohol.

Red, natural, still, fruity and juicy.
Soil: clay-calcareous.
Vinification: manual harvest, total destemming, maceration for 15 days in 1,000-litre oak foudres and 500-litre amphorae, alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts.
Ageing: 18-24 months in 1,000-litre foudres and 500-litre amphorae on its fine lees.
Alcohol: 12.5%.
Clos Lentiscus
Clos Lentiscus belongs to a family of winegrowers whose goal is to capture the essence of the terroir with their wines. Their 14th-century family estate, surrounded by Mediterranean forests, is located in the Garraf Natural Park. The whole winery is organized following the principles of biodynamics, working the vines with the help of sheep and bees to produce natural wines.
