Loxarel – A pèl negre – D.O. Penedès

Organic and biodynamic viticulture. Fermentation and ageing for 6 months in 1,000-litre clay amphorae. High-altitude garnacha and merlot vineyards at over 700m above sea level, in the village of Selma.

Look: dark ripe cherry red colour, very intense layer. Nose: expression of the varieties, with a symphony of dark fruit and nuts such as hazelnut and almond. Palate: freshness and intensity, with gentle tannins and fruit predominance.

Serving temperature: 14°C. Pairs with red and white meats without heavy sauces, poultry and mountain rice dishes.
