Golden yellow colour with amber highlights, nose of peaches and ripe yellow fruit with hints of black liquorice.
Description
From 70-year-old certified organic vines, on stony clay-limestone soils in Barberà de la Conca. Maceration of between 8 and 14 weeks, followed by spontaneous fermentation with whole clusters in clay amphora.
The wine spends around three months on the lees with weekly bâtonnage, and ageing takes place in the same amphora for four months, unfiltered.
