Description
Vines averaging 24 years old on clay, sandy and silty soil. A few hours of skin maceration to add depth, vinified in stainless steel with spontaneous fermentation and minimal intervention.
No added sulfites, unclarified and unfiltered. Alcohol: 12.2%. Made by Sifer Wines in Calaceite (Teruel), with vines over 50 years old.
