Description
Manual harvest in 15kg boxes, 24 hours in cold chamber, destemmed and fermented in open 500L vats for 15 days with manual pigeages. MLF in concrete tank and aging for 24 months in 300-500L French oak barrels. Limited production of 1,500 bottles.
Dark, intense double-layered colour. Nose with violets, cocoa and spices. Rich on the palate, with volume and structure, sweet tannins with lively freshness and a long, persistent finish.
