Celler Jordi Miró – Naturalment Blanc by Andrea Miró – DO Terra Alta

One week before harvest, the pied de cuve is prepared in the vineyard. The grapes enter the winery and are kept on skins for 24h at low temperature, then pressed and inoculated with the pied de cuve. Fermentation in stainless steel tank, with light filtering before bottling.

Tasting note: color between amber and pink, clean phenolic nose; on the palate, firm with balanced tannins, yellow apple, citrus and mineral character with notes of dried nuts, and notable length.
