Celler Jordi Miró – Serendipity Late Harvest by Aïda Miró – DO Terra Alta

A pied de cuve is prepared in the vineyard and, five days later, the whole grape clusters are harvested and placed in the tank, where they are crushed leaving skins, must and stems together, and inoculated. When alcoholic fermentation stops, the tank contents are pressed. The wine remains 4 months on fine lees and is lightly filtered before bottling.
