Terra.00 – la bèstia – DO Terra Alta

Winemaking: hand-selected in 18 kg boxes. Fermented in 1000-litre clay amphorae with indigenous yeasts. Aging: 8 months in amphorae. Finca La Bassa, 440m, honeycomb soil.

Tasting notes: clean, bright picota-cherry colour. Fresh aromas of red fruit, ripe raspberries and redcurrants. Fresh acidity on the palate, fluid texture with a touch of tannin.
