Tasting notes

Orange-coloured wine, with great complexity and a long nose, with notes of walnuts and flor oxidation with the oak present, returning on the nose to dried fruit. Marked mineral character. Subtle presence on the palate and very good acidity.

Pairing

Cheeses, acorn-fed ham, foie gras, duck, white meats. A very interesting wine to experiment with pairings. A perfect wine to enjoy as an aperitif.
