Description
Produced by Bodegas Luis Pérez at the Hacienda Vistahermosa estate (Jerez de la Frontera), on albariza soil, calcareous clays with unique gypsum marls from the area.
Manual harvest with grape selection, pre-fermentation cold maceration at 5°C and fermentation in stainless steel tanks with maceration of up to 20 days. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and a minimum of one year in bottle.
