Grenache (45%), Carignan (45%), Syrah (10%)

Soil: granitic (70%) with silt and calcareous clay (30%).

Vinification: maceration and fermentation in 1000 L tanks with pigeage for 12-18 days.

Aging: reductive on fine lees in stainless steel tanks for 10-12 months.

Alcohol: 13.5%.
