Celler Comunica – Foxy Lady – DO Montsant

100% Syrah from 30-year-old vineyards

Soil: granitic sand, calcareous clay and slate.

Vinification: direct pressing of one half, 18-hour maceration for the other, with alcoholic fermentation using native yeasts in stainless steel tanks.

Aging: 8 months in stainless steel tanks on its fine lees.

Alcohol: 13%.
