Soil: clay-calcareous and granitic.
Vinification: 50% destemming, maceration from 1 to 5 days, fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks and polymer eggs.
Aging: 6 months in stainless steel tanks with its lees, plus 2 months in polymer eggs.
Alcohol: 14%.
