Carignan

Minvant is a natural wine made exclusively from Carignan grapes from vineyards over forty years old.

It is a young wine, without aging, aiming to express to the maximum the authenticity of the grape and the land it comes from. It is a limited production linked to a single plot.

The name of the wine refers to the waning moon phase: working the vineyard during the waning moon produces a more stable wine and a vineyard more resistant to fungi and insects.

Edetària built its cellar in 2003, surrounded by its own vineyards, in a singular building with modern lines integrated into a stunning landscape alongside the Plana de Gandesa and the Pàndols, Cavalls and Els Ports mountains.
