Red Grenache with a little Syrah and Hairy Grenache

A very gastronomic rosé with a special liveliness. Celastrina is a small blue butterfly whose name refers to the typical habitat of this species, near water, in shady and humid areas.

Early manual harvest. Direct pressing with whole grapes to limit skin contact; only the first, gentle-pressure “flower must” is used. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeast in stainless steel tanks. Bâtonnage of fine lees for three months for extra creaminess and a longer shelf life.

Tasting notes

Pale salmon-pink colour with small bluish reflections. Fine, complex aroma, a mix of floral notes and fresh fruit, with hints of Mediterranean herbs. Fresh, friendly entry with a sweet sensation; velvety mid-palate, balanced between fruit, minerality and a present but non-aggressive acidity. Long, persistent finish.
