Figuero – Milagros – DO Ribera del Duero

Single-Plot Wine: Paraje del Camino de los Frailes, between La Horra and Roa. Vines planted between 1940 and 1956. Manual harvest in chestnut baskets.

Appearance: Deep cherry red with raspberry rim. Bright and deep. Aroma: fruity character, crisp strawberry, floral and mineral. Taste: mineral entry, fruity notes (blackberry and cherry) and balsamic.

Pairing with roast lamb, roast pork, stew, small game, meat pastas, meat rice dishes, mushrooms, cured meats, semi-cured cheeses.
