Herència Altés – Llunari 2019 – DO Terra Alta

Organic grapes cooled for 24 hours, destemmed and spontaneously fermented in a concrete tank with a foot-trodden pied de cuve. 15 days of skin maceration, pressed and aged on the mothers for 6 months.

Intensely aromatic with notes of white flowers, peach and a hint of citrus, creamy and unctuous, with aromas of old bread ovens from ageing on the mothers.
