Clos Galena – Formiga de Seda 2022 – DOQ Priorat

Deep golden color, different from other white wines from other Catalan regions such as Penedès or Alella. On the palate it is pleasant, with medium and persistent acidity. A bold wine to enjoy the white side of Priorat.

Tasting note: Formiga de Seda is a straw-yellow wine with golden hues, clean and bright. It has a complex aroma, with notes of ripe sweet fruit and light citrus and smoky touches. On the palate it is a silky, unctuous and rich wine, very long with a balanced, flavorful, fresh and elegant finish.

Pairing: Rice dishes, pasta, cured cheeses, vegetables, smoked foods, white fish, seafood, fresh cheeses, salads, mousses.
