Bright garnet colour of medium depth. Nose with notes of raspberries and spices with a herbaceous touch.
Description
Manual harvest in 20kg boxes, cooled for 24 hours and sorted on the table. Vatted 30% whole-cluster in stainless steel and concrete with daily pigeage, malolactic fermentation and aged for 12 months in a 50HL Austrian oak foudre.
On the palate, a fresh and light entry with a spicy character, an explosion of black pepper and clove, refined palate with a long aftertaste.
