From the Alto Cantabria vineyard, on a plateau of the Ebro river, which allows for the fullest expression of the variety.
Description
Manual harvest in the morning in boxes. Fermentation and subsequent ageing on lees in stainless steel tanks at 16ºC.
Straw yellow color with greenish hues. Intense notes of tropical fruits, pineapple, melon and white fruits, with orange blossom and almond blossom. Unctuous entry, smooth and balanced palate.
