100% Grey Grenache from a 25-year-old vineyard

Soil: granitic sands, at 370 m altitude.

Vinification: direct pressing and fermentation between 7 and 12 days.

Aging: 12 months in polyethylene eggs.

Alcohol: 14.4%.
