Muscat d’Alexandria

White, natural, sparkling, fresh and crunchy. Direct pressing, with alcoholic fermentation starting with native yeasts in 55-litre demijohns and finishing in the bottle. Calcareous sandy soil.

Aged for 24 months in the bottle on its fine lees, manual disgorgement. Alcohol: 10.5%.

Clos Lentiscus

A family of winegrowers whose goal is to capture the essence of the terroir in their wines. A 14th-century, south-facing estate surrounded by Mediterranean forests, located in the Garraf Natural Park, organised following the principles of biodynamics.

Thanks to their sheep, their horse Ringo and their bees, they work the vines respectfully and produce natural wines that are among the most interesting in Catalonia.
