100% Parellada
Natural white wine, 100% Parellada variety.
Vineyards planted in 2004 in the municipality of Vila-rodona, organically farmed. Manual harvest.
Fermented with the skins and part with stems, with wild yeasts at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Two months on lees after fermentation.
No sulphites added.
