A blend representing two prominent Alicante terroirs: the Vinalopó highlands (Macabeo, Airén) and the Tierras Marinas (Moscatel de Alejandría).
The Moscatel comes from clay soils, while the Macabeo and Airén come from sandy-loam soils.
Vinified with stems in small 5,000-litre tanks at a constant 15°C, with no added yeasts or enzymes. Kept in contact with the lees until bottling, with minimal sulphites. 2 months’ ageing in stainless steel tanks and 6 months in bottle.
