Description
Produced by Bodegas Luis Pérez at the Hacienda Vistahermosa estate (Jerez de la Frontera), on albariza soil.
Hand-harvested with grape selection, pre-fermentation cold maceration at 5°C, fermentation in stainless steel tanks with maceration of up to 20 days. Aged 12 months in French oak barrels and at least one year in bottle.
