A fresh and mineral aromatic dry white, quite impressive with notes of white stone fruits and a refreshing texture. Grauburgunder has a pure and distinctive aroma of grapes, fruit and white flowers, with hints of melon and white plums.
Concentrated yet refreshing; juicy and broad on the palate with a vibrant, long finish and seductive citrus notes.
Pairs well with vegetables (asparagus), egg-based dishes (soufflés, poached eggs), pasta (seafood lasagna), and vegetable or fish soups.
