Description
Unctuous, enveloping and full-bodied palate, with lees stirring (bâtonnage). Persistent and long, with a balanced acidity that brings freshness.
15-year-old vines at 350 m altitude, on poor limestone soils. Vins de Pedra is a small winery in Montblanc run by winemaker Marta Pedra, under the DO Conca de Barberà.
